Went off my vegetable/protein diet for 2 months and added wheat products and milk products (high in sugar) to my diet. I have keep my same workout routine and actually ate less. I have gained 10lbs. I dont sleep well and my allergies are worse than before. I think there is some truth in the Book, The Wheat Belly and the correlation with Obesity. Back to veggies, protein shakes and gluten free products...
