Went shopping yesterday. Got a present we think our son will enjoy even though its for ages 3+. Its an art easel. We also bought washable markers & dry erase markers and easy to hold crayons, also a bundle of printer paper( the easel paper is way too expensive). Now we need to find some large size chalk or sidewalk chalk. Today were going to try to find magnetic letters/numbers since we couldnt find any yesterday. The easel is also a dry erase/blackboard/magnetic board. So it would be perfect. What else do you buy a child who will be 2 in March who doesnt really like regular toys. Id like to get him a work bench and kitchen set but right now they are way to much for us. At target they had a photo op with a fake target dog. Im glad I got my phone working again so I could take some pics, he didnt want to leave the dog. I told him if it was up to me Id take it home.....or at least have a real bull terrier. Ive always want a bull terrier since I was a little girl. We spent a lot of money at both target and kroger. We saved $45 at target and $48 at kroger. Michael got his first haircut. He done a really good job for me. Now he looks like a completely different little boy. I also trimmed and edged hubbies beard also yesterday. Unfortunatly I dont have a before pic on my phone. They are all on my computer. But Im sure you remembered that adorable looking long haired boy, lol. I also bought Michael some underwear to integrate into his potty training. I figure if he can feel himself wet maybe it will help him to connect the two. Hubbies afraid of the mess and I figure it wont be too awful much worse than when I used cloth diapers. Today Im off to the doctor for a check up again. Hopefully everything turns out well. Im finally beginning to feel better and get my energy back. We have a really old cat we dont think is going to last much longer. Lilly has got to the pointy where shes lost so much muscle mass that shes just skin and bones and she has problems jumping on the couch. I wish that there was something I could do because shes always has been such a good and loving cat. But old age has no cure and will get you every time.
