Went to Bugaloos for lunch today and spent about 2 hours playing out in the very shallow waters, making sand castles and watching the conch fishermen bring in the precious shells and take the poor things out of them. For that restaurant alone, the catch and prep between 200-300 a day. It takes a conch about 4 years before it is big enough to consume. Crazy! But I have to say it was one of the best restaurant experiences since being on island. The kids even behaved for the most part and we didnt have to chase them around. Will def go back.
