Went to Checkers Village Mall today to buy a gift for a friend. As I walked to my car, I moved the packets to get my car keys and dropped the packet in the process. The gift smashed into a thousand pieces and sliced my foot open in the process, blood flowed! The car guard told me to go tell Checkers, which I did. Not only did they instantly replace my gift, they also patched up my foot and offered to pay for any doctors bill if I felt I needed to see one. They never for one second gave me any grief. I was completely astounded! Thank you Checkers for really awesome customer care for something that wasnt even your fault. You made my whole day, Im visiting from Jhb and we dont get that type of service here. Great job, thank you so much!!
