Went to Il Gattino (inside Good To Go) in Haebangchon during their pre opening for a late lunch yesterday. Several appetizers, 4 pasta mains, cake and coffee for 20k a person. I dont think it will be the normal pricing once it opens but the owner made it clear he will try to keep prices low. I have to say it was one of the better dining experiences I have had in Korea. Giovanni was an incredible host. My friend took better pictures and will probably want to post them on his own so here are just a couple. An unbelievable tiramisu with everything a made in house (along with a decent lemon cake) and the tapenade spread that was served first. The menu price of the tiramisu will be 5k after opening which is unbelievable considering it uses hand made everything and that at a chain cafe you can pay 7k for a garbage piece of cake that was made in a factory. Go now because this place is going to be impossible to get a table at soon.
