Went to Wisconsin Dells yesterday to celebrate my nephews 16th birthday (I havent missed a birthday with him since he was born...), and we went to the Rick Wilcox magic show last night--awesome show, by the way!!!! Benj was called to the stage as a volunteer and got to make an egg magically appear in a bag (among other things...)....When this part of the show was over, Benj got a standing ovation, a magic wand, and a box of over 100 magic tricks that Rick Wilcox sells in his theatre.....When Rick Wilcox handed the wand to Benj, he told Benj, Now, the cool thing about this wand is.....if you wave it over your pillow tonight before you go to bed and say Abracadabra!, $5 will magically appear under your pillow the next morning! Now this only works one time, so you better let your mom know that its magic, okay? Guess who had to make an ATM stop in the hotel lobby last night?!?! And guess who was absolutely astounded to find that his magic wand worked?!?! MAMA, IT WORKED!!!! I GOT $5 UNDER MY PILLOW!!!! I do believe that Rick Wilcox, his magic show, Benjs participation in the show, and that wand and box of magic tricks made my sons life. (When he came down from the stage, Benj kept saying, Mom....I can do lots of cool magic tricks with this baby!!!! ) (By the way, if you go to Wisconsin Dells, you truly need to see this magic show--you wont believe it!!!)
