Went to all the meetings I’d arranged yesterday. Saw each Gang member separately & caught up with what’s happening in their division. All is going well and every division seems to be buzzing. We only did a catch up as there will be a board meeting on Monday & that will take us all forwards. Barney is looking particularly tired so I asked if he had any holiday plans. He told me he really wanted to go to the Caribbean to do some diving there. He had so enjoyed himself so much with 5 Bar & Banjo at the Great Barrier Reef. Apparently he has kept in touch with 5 Bar who also wants to go to the Caribbean. I suggested they made plans & let me know when they wanted to go so I too could make plans to cover his work while he was away. Love the glow on his furry face as I left the room. Have to admit I wasn’t entirely honest with Turtle earlier. There is indeed a great deal of entertainment planned this weekend but it’s much more fun watching his face light up when the surprise is sprung. I’m sure he’ll forgive me. I have been keeping in touch with those cats who have been assisting Dolly & Annie prepare for this weekend’s events and all is in paw. It appears that all helpers are lined up & in place, the bands have arrived and the refreshments are all safely put away. Yum yum, can’t wait…………………………………………………….
