Went to bed at a reasonable time last night. Woke up at 7 am to a painful back ache and stiff neck . Took a hot shower and laid back down with a heating pad. Just now woke up again. Pain still here but more manageable. Sucks getting old cause everything hurts these days. Lol But God is good! Im alive! I have a beautiful family and good friends. A comfortable home. A job I enjoy! Grateful for blessings! Praise God from who all blessing flow! Praise him all creatures here below! Praise him above ye heavenly host. Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost!!!!!! Amen
