Went to check this place out today on a whim! Its a berm house meaning its built into the side of a hill. Most of it is underground. Not many windows, but skylights in every room. Definitely needs work, but the potential is endless with this place! Has a gigantic out building that is L-shaped, a small pond, walk-out concrete and covered porch with an amazing view! The fireplace was filled in, but that would change! The GREAT room is 30X50 and still had an indoor pool underneath the floor! That wouldnt be priority if ever used. But all the pumps and such are still there. Has a platform that looks like it had a hot tub at one time. BEAUTIFUL huge kitchen!!!! Bedrooms arent huge, but each have a translucent skylight. VERY interesting! Was a fun little trip to look at and it was surprisingly available to go inside and look around.
