Went to cheshire oaks today for some retail theraphy..... Parked up.....went into a travel agents...only gone 10 mins when i realised i hadnt put my disabled badge showing.....too late....ticket on the windscreen.......£60 fine thank you Gutted....only gone 10 mins Inside the parking ticket envelope was a card.... It said....if you are a genuine blue badge holder and have forgot to display...phone number on the card....do not move from the area until i contact you........ So i did....and a very nice man came around the corner i put on my best smile....he photographed my badge...and said the ticket would be cancelled.... What a nice man Its a pity other areas dont do the same...it was a genuine mistook........ Sometimes it pays not to lose it....£60 is a lot of money when all you have is your pension....
