Went to look at a Hospice earlier with one of the group members (shes decided to vet Hospices, and choose where she goes, similar to the way most of us would rate a hotel on TripAdvisor!). Cant say which one, but was very impressed, both with the comfort, facilities, and overall niceness of the staff. We were given full access, including behind the scenes, no staff to guide us away from areas they didnt want us to see, no guarded or vague answers, generally, how every care home, hospital or hospice should be. Probably sounds a bit odd, but it was a very positive experience.
