Went to my cardiologist for my annual physical today. Atrial Fibrillation is a condition.......it doesnt go away but can be treated by meds that keep the blood thin. Seems I am doing OK. He told me to be sure to get plenty of exercise......lol. Is walking a dog 4 blocks and back twice a day good exercise? The dr was surprised that is 1 1/2 hours a day of walking. He also said learning to just be at times is very healing. I be a lot at this IPad, thats for sure!
