Went to on site for meds refill at 8:30 & a flu shot at 8:30 , they where out of flu shots. Called 3 more places a no go :-( ! . Went to Wal Greens to refill my meds & got a shot at the clinic. Next move was to Physical therapy got there 5 minutes late. 15 minutes into my PT my left shoulder popped, it has been doing this for some time but never at this pain level. I could see the worry on my therapist face and Im sure he could see the tears and pain I displaced. After 15 minutes of PT I was told to make an appt. ASAP with my dr. at TOA, 15 minutes later I was in X-rays.Got the results from my doctor & it was soft tissue causing the problem with the extreme pain. I agreed to let them give me cortisone shots & Marcus would put ice packs on it when I got home. End result swelling & pain level is down and I will resume PT on Thursday. I just LOVE TOA all records are in the same place & results are quick !
