Went to see my Doctor today and after countless tests, blood work and my medicine ive been taking my SA node is working better than ever and have a better than average heart rate. He says I have a great healthy working heart. I just have to keep an eye out for my sugar intakes and eat before I do anything that involes excessive movements or activities. He said my daily activities are not limited but shouldnt be abused. He stills wants for me to wear my watch if I do any type of workouts or extreme sports. I told him I dont really do either so I guess im good until I do so. I was told I couldnt do this that and the third but thank god for second opinions and great medicine. Im very lucky and blessed and someone up there is looking out. Just wanna thank everyone for all the kind thoughts and prayers and most of all the support. I have some grest friends and family and I love each and every one of yall.
