Went to the Apple Store tonight to upgrade to the iPhone 5. I walked in at 6:30 and did not leave until 11:30 PM, TWO AND A HALF HOURS after the store closed. The phone would not totally update because of an issue with AT&T. He stayed with me the entire time on the phone with AT&T and went WAY beyond his call of duty to make sure I left happy. Who does that anymore? NOBODY. Apple folks just do it right. Not only are their products the best on the market, they back them up with stellar customer service. So, for those who poll on facebook asking if they should purchase an iPhone or a device from another company, you would be hard pressed to find anyone who will provide better service than Apple. PERIOD. THE END.
