Went to the Hayward Gallery yesterday for Martin Creed. I can say honestly say in 30 years of attending this venue at least 3 times a year this is the worst exhibition i have been to....because of the security staffs shitty attitude, bad layout and poor curation. I am a bit on the fence about his work, he deserves credit just for the nic serrotas secretary annecdote. Also not impressed with the treatment of the building, it might seem hip but its a shit way to treat one of the few quality bits of brutalist architecture in the uk!! Shame on them for wasting their budget on such a poor experience.
