Went to the Nurse today abut my toe. She had put a special plaster on, to adhere to the skin tightly and i was NOT to take it off nor get it wet. Well today she RIPPED it off, along with skin from my toe and the entire toe (now swollen like a balloon) poured with blood. She ran for the doctor who came in and told her to grab some gadget or other and cauterised it, no local aneasthetic nothing, I screamed it was so painful. THEN and only then, after a week of pain she fills a form out and says she will FAX it to the Podiatrist, and try to get an emergency appointment. I AM SO THANKFUL for my little electric scooter, as there was no way I could have walked all that way back to the house. BUT every bump I hit on the pathway was like a piercing through my toe...another sleepless night. Thank you God for being with me. Thank you God for Paracetemol and Co-codomal.I am taking 3 of each every 4 hours. I feel like a BIG baby!!!
