Went to town and saw a woman running up a hill, I looked ahead and saw she was running to an older man that fell on the ground. I drove to the man and this woman was trying to pick him up. So she said lets pick him up, i went ahead and picked him up and his legs did not operate, so i set him in an armed chair and talked to him. He did not want me to call 911 because he was waiting for his daughter to take him to the Dr. I asked if he wanted me to leave and i did. About 10 minutes later i drove back to his house and his daughter arrived. The man got up from the chair and i thought he was going to fall. I walked him to her car and picked him up and sat him in the front seat. Talked to the mans daughter a minute and they left. Next time, i will call 911 and let them handle the situation. Possibly call a person for them to come to the hospital.
