Went to visit Dad in the hospital after his hip surgery on Tuesday. Looks like hell be released tomorrow, Friday. He was in wonderful spirits and the hospital staff at Osceola is incredible! I told Gary when we left after seeing a specialist for my blood clots....you know, I think we made the right choice to finish out our lives over here instead of California! True, some of the things here I feel like I fell back in time but when it comes to the care and medical attention all the way from the front desk, feeling secure in the facilities, to the exam, directly to the specialist and right over to the pharmacy; so far I couldnt be happier! Gary and I have seen two specialist that we got to choose and set the appointment WITHOUT a referral!
