Were appealing for witnesses to an assault on an 11yo boy in Thornbury. bit.ly/1GZ0LRZ The boy was on a pavement close to the Aldi store in Rock Street btwn 4.10pm & 4.30pm on Wed 21 Jan, when a man grabbed him on the shoulder. The man’s described as white, tall, of medium build, in his forties or fifties, with black curly or spiky medium-length hair. He was wearing a light brown zip-up top. Investigating officer Det Con Mark Wilkes said it was an isolated incident which is being investigated as a potential assault. If you can help, pls call 101 and quote log number 700 of 21 Jan. .
