Were documenting this for a class project chroniciling a family artifact or story. Might as well share the pics here, too:) 15# of potatoes peeled, cooked, mashed (with the appropriate ingredients) and then run through a ricer (no lumps)! Tomorrow they get mixed 2:1 with flour and made into 1/2 C sized dough balls. Each one then gets rolled out onto a fabric rolling board with a special rolling pin, and each griddled to perfection. Any guesses as to how many pieces we get?
