Individuals interested in participating in the event can choose to compete in a 1 mile fun run, 5K, or duathlon (5K run, 18K bike, 3K run). The duathlon is available to individuals or teams of 2 or 3. Participants have the opportunity to raise funds for specific organizations, and if you choose to participate on behalf of Wesley Woods, well receive 100% of the money you raise!
