Were feeling rather pleased with ourselves ... what could be nicer than helping out a frazzled bride on the other side of the world? I just want to commend the Whittard team on their wonderful customer service. I placed an order for 16 boxes of the 3 mini tea canisters about a week ago. I had an issue paying with my Amex card and paid via PayPal - however the payment took longer than usual to be processed. My email query regarding this was responded to promptly and the order was on its way shortly after that. Within a week it was delivered to my door in Melbourne, Australia (however I was not home) and it was redelivered to my office just this afternoon. To say I am delighted is an understatement. The canisters are so beautiful, and were packaged really snug for the trip to Australia.. These little tea canisters are for bonbonniere at my wedding in September and I can honestly say they are just perfect. Thank you so much. You have made this slightly frazzled bride very very happy. You are most welcome!
