Were gearing up for our Annual Awards Dinner tonight to honor five outstanding youth from our funded programs and two local Champions for Children. Congratulations to Leeandrea Jones, Coby Golden, Jeniel McKinley, Merisa Moroz, and Chantel Peak who will each receive $1,000 scholarships for education pursuits after high school. And also to Will Malone of Hibiscus Childrens Center and former Council member Queen Townsend for being recognized as our Champions for Children. We are so proud of the work being done in our community for our children.
