If you need help in an emergency you are more than likely to be arrested if they dont like you for some reason. Then the advice you get from society is to stay away from cops and even from the cops themselves when they say things like who do you think your talking to?? when they are supposed to be there to protect and serve... its hard to get them to act human after all the bullshit training they have to go through but it is possible sometimes.
