The successful candidate will: -Manage their independent licensee recruitment. -Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics. -Qualify and assess licensee candidates. -Execute the licensee growth strategy for the Company. -Manage the license sales pipeline from the initial inquiry to awarding of license. -Promptly and diligently respond to and follow up on all inquiries -Enhance prospect flow by networking in the market place. -Execute one-on-one presentations in person and online. -Work collaboratively with Team Lead, and Director of Sales & Marketing -Travel as required to ensure strong relationships. Core Competencies: -Graduated from a post secondary institution within the last four years -Proven understanding of licence and/or business opportunity sales -Detail oriented -Ability to multi-task -Strong analytical and communication skills Other Requirements: -Proven candidate engagement skills including relationship building, -negotiating and closing -Experience in license operations, sales and development is an asset -Solid understanding of licence agreements and practices -Proven and documented track record of consistent achievement -Outstanding organizational and time management skills Compensation and Benefits -Base salary with commission and bonus plan -Company issued computer -Vehicle/Mileage Reimbursement -Bilingualism is an asset, but not required.
