Were heading southwest this Friday for our member spotlight, highlighting the tireless work of fantastic NSAC member Farm to Table New Mexico. Farm to Table NMs initiatives center on building capacity across New Mexican communities, including rural, urban, border, and sovereign communities. They work across the food system to promote locally based agriculture. In supporting farm to school programming, providing technical assistance to growers, leading community members in advocacy and policy education, and expanding food retail/financing opportunities (among many other initiatives!), Farm to Table NM pursues a vision of a vibrant and sustainable New Mexico, in which all people can access regionally grown healthy and culturally relevant food.
