The Role: The Senior Web/Graphic Designer or Visual Designer should have solid understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills/ great technical know-how, and a proven expertise in designing for the Web. A super-sonic drive to communicate promotional messaging in ways creating an immense impact on the world. The position is full-time, based in Cebu City. No coding/development is necessary. Responsibilities: * Design sets of weekly promotional messaging creative for the website. Mentor and guide junior and mid level designers on technical aspects of creative. * Interpret and progress the websites style guide into something mindblowing. * Website skinning consistent with the websites style guide. * Execution of many yet unknown day-to-day web design needs that will certainly arise. * Work hand in hand with User Experience coworkers to aid in the usability of the site by using your insane mastery of color, typography and all things visual. * Some illustration work may be required. * Optimizing graphics for web consumption, less KBs is more. Qualifications: * Solid CS6 skills. For picture-making and whatnot. * Master understanding of color, space, and typography. * Eagle-esque eye for detail and a proven track record producing consistent clean icons, graphics, and layouts for web. * Well versed in development tradeoffs between speed, design, flexibility and the underlying page architecture. We like designers that understand this stuff. * Ability to work/adjust in crazy fast-paced environment and keep forward thinking momentum. * Passion for leading/inspiring creativity, cooperation and collaboration amongst team members. * Problem-solving skills that translate business objectives into interactive application concepts. More picture-making. * experience of 5 -10 years is required * Able to take constructive feedback and a forward thinking problem solver.
