Civitas Media/The Richmond County Daily Journal is looking for beat reporters at its daily newspapers in southern North Carolina. Experience and journalism degree or related field is preferred. The applicant should be self-motivated, have strong grammar and writing skills, and have a nose for news. There is an opportunity to cover all kinds of news, ranging from crime to education to government and all that is in between. An applicant should also be competent with a still and video camera.
