Were just now back home and I need to sleep like crazy, but first a #foodpro review. So, the big surprise was taking her to Hibachi Supreme Buffet (located at 1012 W 240 Service Rd, right off the Western exit). She loves sushi and I love steak. We went to a Japanese steakhouse for her birthday and had a great meal, but it was very expensive so I was happy when I found out on yelp that this place was $10 per person. It was definitely tastier than the $10 price. She says the sushi is good (I like my fish cooked), I enjoyed my first plate with fall-off-the-bone ribs, summer sausage and something very similar to General Tsos Chicken along with the hottest cup of egg drop soup ever. I went back with a new plate and got my Hibachi on. If youre not familiar with Hibachi, it was basically the same thing as Mongolian Grill, only more entertaining to watch :) I piled on the steak, chicken and shrimp, along with pineapples, zucchini, green peppers and mushrooms (many of you are probably shocked to know I got so many veggies) and, heres something new for me, a scrambled egg was thrown in the mix! I got a medium sauce that made me want to stay away from the hot one they have (which has banana in the name). After that, I was a very good boy and resisted ice cream and had a plate of delicious fresh fruit instead. Amber said shed never seen a buffet with more variety and its hard to argue that (outside of Golden Corral, but weve been there enough times in one lifetime). They had buffalo wings, which I didnt have surprisingly, and duck legs, which Amber did try. I will wrap this up by saying if youre ever around 240 and Western and in the mood for Asian food, its a great idea to stop in! This foodpro highly recommends!
