Were looking for a short-term or long-term flatmate, guys preferred (simply because we were always a mixed flat and now are 3 women). The flat is near Corvin Negyed, just of Raday utca and a very nice place with terrace, etc. The rent is 60k per month, everything included. The room comes fully equipped and is very sunny and nice.
