Were looking for an HR Officer who will handle the end-to-end process for one of our accounts. Duties and Responsibilities: A. TALENT ACQUISITION 1. Preparation and processing of Personnel Requisition forms. 2. Pooling of potential candidates from applicant and employee referrals. 3. Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally. 4. Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibre candidate; follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels; coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires. 5. Proactive coordination with Training department for deployment of trainees. B. COMPANY BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION 1. Receive all HMO and Life insurance benefits claims and/or applications. Upon review by HR Officer II, these documents shall be forwarded to Human Capital Services for processing. 2. Handles and coordinates employees’ enrolments on health programs, insurances and other company initiated benefits (HMO, Life Insurance, Birthday Gift Certificates, etc.) to Human Capital Services. 3. Coordinate and complete special projects as necessary. 4. Computation of Training Allowance for new hires. C. GOVERNMENT BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION 1. Receive, review and process SSS, PagIbig, PhilHealth claims and/or applications. 2. Handles and coordinates employees’ enrolments on statutory government benefit programs. D. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS 1. Receives all Incident Reports due for Disciplinary Action and forwards these to Employee Engagement for processing. 2. Handles, coordinates and implements all ER programs of the company to the site. E. DATA AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT 1. Encoding of trainees to Paragon Central upon confirmation of hiring by requesting department. 2. Forwarding of completed Employee profiles to main HR for safekeeping and encoding of records by Human Capital Services. 3. Maintains the strong traction for the monitoring of new hires’ pre-employment requirements. F. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior. Qualifications: 1. Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology or any other related courses. 2. Strong knowledge of different HR facets. 3. Minimum of 4 years work experience, 2 years in officer capacity. 4. IT literate and have excellent presentation skills. 5.
