Were looking for volunteers for a pilot scheme to help monitor the service provided by the force’s control room. Volunteers will make unannounced visits to the control room at police headquarters, to monitor and listen to calls from the public and give feedback about how they felt they were dealt with. People who have excellent listening skills, a spare hour a month and an interest in the service provided to victims, witnesses and general members of the public are invited to apply. Interested?
