Were not here to impress...were here to impact. My man Woomer from @veilsolutions got after it with this workout I put him through. He had no rest in between exercises and he went through it 3 times. Heres the order: -15 Rope Slams -10/10 Renegade One Arm Press -One Arm/Both Arm Push Press -30lb/25lb/20lb Ball Slams Up and down 3 times. Time?? 2 minutes and 14 seconds...#getsome Tag your friends if you think theyll like this workout!!
