Were skilled for Consu calls to focus and help our CRT (570 target). Im so excited to take phone calls, I even pushed my wave mates that its cool to take CC calls. Guess what? Puro CONSU-misyon calls nakuha ko! Activating 4 lines in 1 BAN, COR and has to run credit check for the customer and do validation plus deposit payment, Add-On etc! So obviously after lunch break my CRT sky rocketed to 700+ and I only have 1hr plus 30mins before shift ends. I told myself I wont let it happen. It has to go down (CRT). And so I took calls and did not hit ACW. Konting kembot at push pa Allan sabi ko! And with sincere prayer and my charming customer skills (LOL), I ended with 539 CRT. Thats over the target. Whew! Thank God I made it. And Congratulations guys! Pasok na pasok CRT natin for today! Galing ninyo! Tonight is WLNP. A big goodluck to us 24A. We can do this! Haha! 😂 #brandwarrior #tripleskilled
