Were starting a new session of Art for 2s & 3s! Come in and be creative with Shana! This session runs from 9/22 - 10/27, every Monday at 9:30. Art class will expose your child to colors, numbers & letters, sharing & cooperating (where appropriate), grouping items, free thinking & creativity, expressive art techniques & music. Arts and crafts stimulate imagination, help develop finger dexterity, and unleash creativity in small children. Hand painting, coloring & sculpting can help toddlers release pent up energy and reduce their “acting out” time. The focus of the classes will be on the process of creativity, more than the product that will be created, although most classes will have something to take home (or something that is drying). Parental support and encouragement are important in this time of exploration and discovery. The class will be held in a patient and flexible environment. Parents should be instructed to bring art clothes and wear old shoes for kids (and for themselves) to change into-they will get messy! Call the store today to register! (603) 666-6464
