Were still in this. But to anyone blaming this loss on the timeout that was taken, you need to reevaluate your stance. If they dont call it, then the Lions do the next play and the outcome is most likely the same. Jamar Taylor was absolutely victimized the entire time he was in. Dont be mad because our defense got a breather when they werent playing as well as they had been all game. Be mad that our second year CB has made no progress. Be mad that the coverage was soft and that the pass rush wasnt there the last drive. Hell, I hate bringing up referee stuff, but be mad that they made some iffy calls that last drive. It is what it is, but blaming a TO is because thats the only tangible thing to grasp. I said it earlier and i said it again, that TO is like scratching an old rusty car and blaming th scratch for it looking ugly. The D, our top 5 D, couldnt hold their offense to a kick at the end. Just the way it goes.
