Were you one of those people who canceled their Netflix accounts in 2011? Do you subscribe to any Comcast services? I think its funny how this customer service call induced maybe 10 Comcast customers to cancel their account, while Netflixs snafu a few years ago probably cost them 10% of their customer base. The latter case was due to Netflix deciding to charge for some of the real costs of a lose-lose service that they knew wouldnt even exist in 5 years. They were actually doing their customers a favor by administering the sticker shock--they just should have done it with kid gloves instead of a mallet. Comcast, on the other hand is the incarnation of Corporate Evil, slave-driving their employees with ass backward incentives, sucking every dime out of the consumer with hidden costs and gimmicks, delivering subpar service, and doing their best to eliminate all competition.
