West Point Force Protection Message March-on Rehearsal December 8–9 2014 West Point’s annual Army-Navy Week activities are scheduled to occur December 8-13 2014. Beginning the Army vs Navy week festive events and preparation activities, the Corps of Cadets will conduct a March-on Rehearsal 8-9 December. Thus, in support of the March-on Rehearsal we will implement the following force protection measures: December 8-9 (March-on Rehearsal) • Traffic along Eisenhower Hall and Shea Stadium will be affected due to the movement of the Corps of Cadets for the March-On Rehearsal. • Traffic Control Points will be placed along Townsley Road in the vicinity of Shea Stadium to support the movement of formations marching to the stadium. • Traffic will be blocked around Shea Stadium throughout the rehearsal. Due to this measure, please plan your travels accordingly. Since the rehearsals will occur 4:00–6:30 pm, members of the workforce who park in the rehearsal area adjourning parking lots may expect a short delay as the Corps of Cadets move to and from the rehearsal site. As always, every Soldiers, civilian employees, Family members and contractors, must remain vigilant and aware of their surroundings, and report any observed suspicious activities directly to the Military Police Desk at 938-3333.
