Westchester Legislator Harckham To Announce Reelection Bid MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. - County Legislator Peter Harckham (D) for district 2 will announce his re-election campaign 4 p.m. Tuesday in Mount Kisco. The Board of Legislators majority leader will seek his third term. Republican Andrea Rendo, a small business owner, announced she will challenge the incumbent for the seat, which serves the towns of Bedford, Lewisboro, Mount Kisco, North Salem, Pound Ridge and a portion of Somers. Harckham serves on the committee on budget and appropriations, committee on legislation, committee on public safety and security, committee on environment and energy and the committee on government operations. He also chairs the rules committee and is the founding chair of the subcommittee on septics. He is expected to make his announcement at 4 p.m. on the steps of Mount Kisco village hall on 104 Main St.
