Western police forces are learning their tactics from Israel but they, like the Israelis, are missing some very crucial information - there was a time when attacking the initial demonstrations (blacks in the USA and Palestinians in Israel) would have garnered the support of the general population. Why? Because the general population only had news information from the government and their Media tools. Now, we have the Internet, social media, phone cameras and phone videos. Those people on the left of politics, from all racial and social backgrounds, are now seeing the truth of what is happening and theyre also coming out onto the streets to protest. It is they who are now being caught up in the middle of the police brutality. The brutal policies, used by Israel for decades and now being copied by the USA are failing and theyre being seen failing all over the world. If the American politicians in the 70s thought the media coverage of the Vietnam war was bad for them, this current level of exposure is a thousand times worse. Their brutal tactics against blacks and Israels brutal tactics against Palestinians have backfired and now the protests in America are increasingly being made up of white liberal peace campaigners, while the protests in Israel are increasingly being made up of Jewish Israeli peace campaigners. When will these authoritarian policy-makers learn their lesson and realise that the root cause of all of these conflicts is social injustice and beating the beaten with a hammer will not fix the problem?
