Western values: the Bologna effect :) Till now some Spaniards were moving to Eastern European countries to get their diploma in medicine or architecture. They had to pay high fees and pretending that were studying something. Usually were pretty mediocre students coming from wealthy families. I have to say that in Spain the education is for free for regular students or pretty cheap in comparison with the fees that students are paying in many Eastern European countries. And the Spanish universities are without any doubt better funded and stronger than in Eastern Europe. So a regular student coming from rich or poor family had no reason not to study in the strong and developed network of Spanish public universities. But now there is even a better option. To buy the diplomas directly on-line easily. Why to spend years studying if you can get the same results buying for affordable prices your diploma in some Eastern European countries? At the end is more or less the same. You get a beautiful and colourful diploma issued by universities that nobody know and without studying anything.
