Westhills would like to pass along a friendly reminder about grilling any where in the community. The city of Lakewood prohibits the use of grills of any kind on the patio/balcony areas. With this in mind Westhills has charcoal grills located all throughout the community for your use. Please make sure that you dispose of any charcoal in the proper receptacles once they have cooled and do not pose any threat of re-igniting. There are to be no combustible materials of any kind stored any where in or around the community. If you currently have a propane tank or any combustible materials located on in or near your patio balcony area this must be removed immediately.
