Westside Comics and Games is having gaming tournament at Kapolei High School later this month. They will also have room for vendors if anyone is interested. Per Julius at Westside.... Saturday, January 24th from 9am-3pm. There will be several tournaments happening during that time period. Expected turnout will be 40-50 players with another 40-50 passing through. Due to the location and some of our promotions, we expect about 1/3 of the attendees to be high school age. I can get you 1 long cafeteria table (I believe they are 5 or 6 ft) for a flat rate of $20. You are welcome to sell whatever you like at the prices you set. There will be no other fees. Dont have an electrical layout yet, but I dont expect there will be much in the way of power or wifi. I would like to collect the fee prior to the event, if possible. There will also be game demos, open gaming tables, some store products for sale, prize giveaways and food, soda and snacks for purchase. You can set up as early as 8:45, but you can come any time. We do have to be out by 3pm because there is a function after us. If anyone else would like a table, let them know. You can certainly share a table with others if you like. I think Kevin Sano may be there too. Ill have a table as well. Im going to try making some game related art, Warhammer, Magic the Gathering, League of Legends, etc.
