Westwood returns to Africa! Starting July 28th, Westwood will once again head to Africa – this time on two separate ministry trips. We will be returning to Chitipa, the far northern district in Malawi where Westwood has been ministering with World Relief for over 10 years. This year Pastor Joel will be joining the team for the first part of the ministry week. He will be leading a pastor’s training workshop and preaching on Sunday morning. For the remainder of the week the rest of team will be leading a Pastor’s conference, helping with the making of Memory Books, leading home visits, and working with local leaders to determine the next generation of spiritual and entrepreneurial development Westwood can bring to this region. The other ministry trip will be to Rwanda. Several Westwood members will be traveling with Sammy Wanyonyi and Shine in the World International to lead an Evangelistic Festival and pastor’s conference. Pastor Joel will be traveling from Malawi to Rwanda to join Shine. He will be teaching at the pastor’s conference as well as preaching and teaching in churches and a Governor’s dinner.
