Weve all been confronted with the desert island scenario much - TopicsExpress

Weve all been confronted with the desert island scenario much loved by nonvegans but, ridiculous though it is, Ive been giving the matter some thought. Can any of us really predict how we would behave if placed in such extreme, if unlikely, circumstances? Would I be prepared to kill another being in order to survive if all other options had been exhausted? I honestly dont know, but that same honesty leads me to surmise that I quite possibly would. All animals have a strong survival instinct and humans are as entitled to theirs as any other species. I dont believe this compromises the vegan ethic in any way. Meanwhile, back in the real world.................... :)
