Weve all come to Team RWB from different directions and with different motivations. And we all gain value from being a part of this great community and Team. Whether you view yourself as an loyal member who shows up a few times a week or a fringe member who maybe hasnt even been it out to an event (yet!)...it doesnt matter. The fact that youre a part of Team RWB, our Team, is what really matters. Youre Eagles and youre leaders. Watch this video when you have some time and dont discount the impact you can have on other members of our Team and other people in our community. You may never know about a lollipop moment...but we promise you they happen---whether its at a weekly RWB event, in your workplace, or when you just take a couple minutes to check in on someone. These moments are real. And they can mean the world to somebody. So at the risk of sounding overly sappy, wed just like to thank each of you for being you, for being a leader and for building this tremendous Team.
