Weve all heard the people say that if a woman trains with weights,she will become big & muscley (is that even a word?) or she will look like a man.Well that is certainly not true and is normally said by people who are either ill-informed by those who dont even train or by those who are scared of the efforts that it takes to train on a regular basis. In this short video that we shot at the end of a video shoot that lasted over an hour,Lisa was doing the High Pull with 24kg & Swinging a 36kg kettlebell.It is a safe thing to say that she doesnt look like a man nor does she look big & muscley despite training on a regular basis with heavy weights (in comparison to her frame). What training with resistance does do is it speeds up your metabolic rate which burns more body fat and in turn,this will give you more energy,more confidence,more control and your clothes will fit better.
