Weve all suffered some sort of back pain throughout the span of our life... whether its a small quick tweek or discomfort resulting from a funny twist, turn, or bend... a long lasting dull ache caused by some hard core manual labour, a strenuous moving endeavour, excessive bending or unpacking, an 8 hour day of being hunched over your computer, or ladies even a prolonged cooking or ironing session... or if its a more serious back pathology that leaves you debilitated and in constant pain and discomfort - back pain seems to be everywhere, and follows us anywhere! And its often when you are in such a state of discomfort that the last thing on your mind is exercise! I mean that may seem absurd.. exercising while Im in pain... are you serious??
