Weve been busy rescuing more cats in the behavior room at the SLA shelter within the past week, trying to figure out how to get them medical attention, surgeries and where to board them while looking for fosters! Many of them needed additional medical attention and hospitalization because of severe respiratory infections, dehydration and how emaciated they are. One had her surgery stopped knowing she would not survive, and sadly, one little kitten named Dozer did not survive his surgery. He is pictured here first. Now we need your help to pay for their vetting, which is over $2000.00, and need fosters for those that are still being boarded.
